Birth Doula
As your doula, I tend to you during the entirety of your labor from the moment you call me to the birth and 2-3 hours postpartum. We meet three times prenatally: once for an intake phone call and twice in person. Our in-person prenatals will include labor practice, physical and mental conditioning, and relationship building. All of your support people should attend. After birth, I come check in on you and baby usually during the first and third weeks postpartum to ensure everything is going smoothly, debrief your birth, and answer any lingering questions. I am available to you via text or phone call.

*Please note: At this time, I am only doing home birth and birth center births. I will accompany you to the hospital in the event of a transfer before or during labor.

Virtual Prenatal Prep Session
For moms who would like one-on-one guidance who are not local or are planning a gentle hospital birth. We will spend about an hour and a half on a call, guided by your needs.

Bereavement Doula
I am so sorry this has happened. It would be my honor to walk this path with you. I offer support as a friend and sister to your family and as a bereaved mother myself. I can be someone you can lean on as you navigate the choices that are ahead of you and the complexity of your grief.​
